Terms & Conditions Agreement.
The terms and conditions under which you may purchase products from www.ula.co.nz (the Ula website) are set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
By completing the customer application process and using www.ula.co.nz you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The Terms and Conditions may be altered and updated from time to time. Your continued use of this website will be construed as acceptance of any changes tothe Terms and Conditions.
Registration
When you make a purchase you must provide us with accurate information. You must keep any user name and password confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using your name and password is you.
Ula Limited does not share your personal information with any other party.
For your security you must enter your credit card details every time you make a purchase. Ula Limited does not see or store your credit card information at any time.
To make a purchase you must log on if you aren't currently logged on. If you are a new customer, you can choose to either make your purchase as a "guest" this time, or alternatively you can choose to "register”.
Price of Goods and Payment
All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars (NZD$) and include GST (15% Goods and Sales Tax).
Whilst we aim to ensure all prices, descriptions and details are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Payment can be made in the Ula website with Visa and MasterCard (this includes debit cards). We also accept payment via NZ internet banking.
Payment is via credit card only (mastercard, and visa) and all credit card payments are processed through DPS. DPS is an electronic payment service that enables businesses to safely and securely accept and process customer payments by credit or charge card via a website or call centre.
Availability
In the unlikely event that we discover the item you have ordered is out of stock,we will be in touch to offer an alternative.
If there is no suitable replacement that you would like, we will offer a full refund on that item & it will be taken off your order.
Delivery
Address for delivery of your order must be a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number.
Delivery to most locations in New Zealand is usually within 2-4 days. For orders to Australia and other international destinations, delivery usually takes between 4 -12 days.
International orders to your country may incur additional duties and taxes, which are beyond our control. Please note delivery is untracked through New Zealand Post.
If you would like the price for a tracked service, please note it will be a considerably higher rate.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be deemed by Ula Limited to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
An email will be sent to you when we ship your order. At the time of packing we will include the invoice. If you don’t receive the invoice with the goods then please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations on orders before they are shipped only. Once an order has been sent, or if you do not wish to keep the order, the normal Returns policy applies.
You bear the cost of returning it to us.
Any returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase, and goods must be in their original "As New" condition, undamaged and in an unwashed, unworn and unused condition.
If you are returning your items altogether, the total amount of the goods only will be credited back to your credit card.
Refund/Returns Policy
Ula Limited will exchange full-priced products, except for Earrings and Body Jewellery.
For your health and safety, we cannot accept returns on Earrings or Body Jewellery.
All Sale and Clearance product transactions are considered final, and therefore Sale or Clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase, and goods must be in original "As New" condition, undamaged and in an unwashed, unworn and unused condition.
A copy of the original invoice must be included.
You bear the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We will then send out a replacement for a return free of charge within New Zealand only. This service includes the North and South Islands only.
Any additional exchange requests after this will however require an additional shipping charge.
Requests for exchanges on International orders will require a shipping charge.
Every effort has been made in the photographing and describing of our products so that they are presented to you as clearly as possible. Some individual variation between screens on viewing devices does exist, so some slight variation in colour is to be expected.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives to you in a damaged state, or has a defect, you must contact us immediately and tell us what has happened. We will then organize with you to return the item for assessment. The product will be assessed by us and we will then approve either a repair or replacement of the item, or alternatively we will refund where a repair or replacement isn't possible.
Whilst we will examine any returns on a case - by - case basis, reasonable wear and tear is not deemed as a reason for return.
All items are inspected before being sent out to you, but many of our products are handmade and therefore it must be accepted that they may contain slight natural variations.
Garment Care Instructions
Unless otherwise stated, we recommend it best to wash garments on a cool or cold wash setting, using a non-bleach washing powder.
Garments with hand-embroidering, or other hand worked detail, should be turned inside out and washed gently.

You are licensed to use the Ula website on your computer for your use in purchasing goods from Ula Limited. You acknowledge that you are not permitted to make any other use of the Ula website.
You acknowledge that Ula Limited owns all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs or text which appears on the website), and that you will make no representation to the contrary, and that you must not use or copy in any manner which is inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that any trademarks or logos which appear on the Ula website are owned by or licensed to Ula Limited and that you must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the trademark owner or licensee to such trademarks or logos.
Liability
Ula Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by your interaction through use of the Ula website.
